A monthly subscription is required for each sub-domain. If you have myfirstsite.blog.com and mysecondsite.blog.com, they will need to be subscribed separately so we can make sure we are investigating every avenue of your website.
To protect, clean and scan your website, SYBR requires either SSH, FTP or simply your Hosting Control Panel (File Manager) access.
Additionally, SYBR will need access to your DNS host control panel to implement the firewall.
Pricing for a malware removal does not differ based on website size. We understand your frustrations when someone attacks your website. SYBR will clean and restore your website and blacklist status for $450.
It would be unethical of us to clean your website and not protect it moving forward, so we require websites to be protected by our Detection or Prevention plan for at least one month post clean-up.
